Please contact Katie to book your place on any scheduled enid yoga class, or to book a private yoga lesson.

Advance booking is required for participation in all enid yoga sessions and activities. All classes and private sessions are popular, so please try to book early to avoid disappointment.

If you are unable to attend a pre-booked class for any reason, please let Katie know as soon as possible. Your space will be offered to someone on our waitlist.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga


Gentle Vinyasa is a traditional enid yoga class, suitable for beginners and all ability levels, connecting breath with movement, bringing balance to body and mind.

Changing facilites are available, and you are able to safely leave bikes in the entrance foyer. Please do bring a yoga mat and ensure no outdoor shoes are worn in the space.

To join this class, please book your place in advance, then arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes before the session start time.

Yoga For Perimenopause


Yoga For Perimenopause delivers movement and mindfulness to support the physical and emotional wellbeing of women during perimenopause.

This online yoga class is presented either live or pre-recorded, and you can participate in the comfort of your own home.

All you need is sufficient floor space, a yoga mat, an internet connection, a compatible video device (such as a desktop computer, laptop or tablet), and the Zoom app.

To join this class, please book your place in advance, and we will email you the Zoom link before the session starts.

Yoga For PPPD


Yoga For PPPD is a soothing practice to calm the nervous system, build stability and encourage confidence. Suitable for supporting those with Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness, hypervigilance, mental exhaustion amd stress.

This is a pre-recorded yoga session, enabling easy participation in the comfort of your own home, whenever you have the time to practice.
